A practical setup for coaches and founders doing their own marketing. Turn one useful idea into writing in your voice, a matching visual brief, and a reviewed asset ready for your own publishing process.

## Start with one real job
Choose a customer question you already answer. Plan one short written piece and one single-image visual. Keep the first task small enough to review properly.

1. Read 01_SETUP.md. Pick one AI workspace.
2. Copy 02_BUSINESS_BRAIN.md, 03_VOICE_RULES.md and 04_VISUAL_RULES.md. Replace each [field] with your own facts.
3. Create two separate AI workspaces with 05_CONTENT_AGENT.md and 06_VISUAL_DIRECTIVE_AGENT.md. Give both the same three Brain files.
4. Fill 07_TASK_BRIEF.md. Ask the Content AI Agent for the message. Review it with 09_REVIEW_CHECKS.md.
5. Paste the approved content into 08_HANDOFF.md. Give that to the Visual Directive Agent.
6. Take its brief to your design or image tool. Build the artwork, check it, and save the final pair.
7. Record your actual time in 13_TIME_AND_RESULTS.csv. Repeat with a second real task before changing your whole routine.

They do not install software, connect accounts, send messages, publish posts, or train a new AI model. Generate or build final artwork in your design tool, then review it. Complex brand identity or specialist illustration can still need a designer.
